He's definitely a 2A fan. He helped push through TITLE 21 § 1272 A-4

It seems that many of you need a seminar on the Court system in Oklahoma.

The Court of Criminal Appeals has the final say on Criminal matters in Oklahoma. violations of the criminal law (including traffic tickets). Well over 95% of the convictions appealed to this court are affirmed - probably close to 98%.

The other Courts that have judges on the retention ballot only deal with civil cases - which would include your concealed carry license and the revocation there of.

The judges on the retention ballot go through a rigorous application and selection process.

Well looking at the results for judicial appointments only confirms to me that Oklahoma voters haven't a clue as to who they're voting to retain. It's incredible how every one of those judges were retained by a 65-66% vote. Two thirds for and one third against. Every, last, one. No way they'd all be that close if people even knew who appointed each judge.

I was noticing that earlier with 30 something percent of the precincts being in. 1 to 3 percent variance from judge to judge. I don't get it.

I haven't looked at the actual numbers, but if you just straight party vote, and nothing else, there is not a vote entered on retained judges.

Looks like about 200,000 less votes on judges than on the presidential race.
