Why not outsmart the kid and kill internet access to her computer?

Why not allow internet access, and monitor the sites.
In this day and time, there is not any excuse for a parent to not have the proper software than can monitor the keystroke acess to their childs account.

All of these suits brought against Kazaa users have been civil court.

Detention hasn't been on the radar.

Everything that needed to be said has been said in this thread.
This guy went beyond punishment to abuse because of the verbal abuse and the excessive whipping.
I was belt-whipped as a kid and my Dad was furious when he did it but he controlled himself and it never descended into that.
