I’d say Virginia is in for some very draconian gun laws this year, and I don’t see Virginians accepting it. Will it become a shooting war? I doubt it, but people could get hurt and that’s unacceptable.

Whether it starts in Virginia, Wyoming, Idaho, Oklahoma, Texas... wherever. Power-mongers will not stop power-mongering until the shooting war. While it may be unacceptable to good men like you and me, it's also unavoidable.
