Kenmore Freezer on the fritz

Our 11 year old Kenmore freezer seems to be having a problem. The display just alternates between F and C, doesn't respond to any button presses on the control panel. Pulled the power for about 30 seconds and re-connected, no change.
Anyone have Kenmore appliance repair service recommendations - I live at the North end of Tulsa County.

If you are handy reach out to the boys at Rogers County Appliance Parts in Claremore. Every time I have had something not work correctly and explain it to them, they tell me what is wrong and how to fix it or if it needs special tools and then to bring it in. I once replaced an electronic part on my washer or dryer, can't remember, and they said, "do not touch it here, or it will shorten the life of the new one and you'll be back in in a couple years". I didn't and it has worked just fine for a long time now. They are really handy there.
