And the UH-60 is so good, the Chinese have made their own copy, the Z-20. Claimed to be their own design but look at it.V-22 suffers from high disk loading, I'm sure the 280 will as well.
Add that to the difficulty of mounting door guns.
SB-1 shares the T55 with the CH-47, which already has a 715 variant under development.
Either design has its niche, but I honestly don't think either is capable of fleet replacement for the UH-60.
Heck, we still have 60-As flying.
