If he did happen to leave then it would be Jay Norvell's job, no question. That's why he agreed to come to OU in the first place.
If so I would bet that Huepel will leave also. jmo

What will all the Kevin Wilson haters complain about now?
So is Stoops a liar or an idiot?
Well Wilson didn't interview until yesterday. So probably neither...

+1 all the wayOU's offense is prolific. What some people fail to recognize is that most offenses today are pretty good. They stay on the field a lot longer than teams used to do, including against OU. Parity comes to mind.
Thank goodness armchair quarterbacks/coaches don't make the calls, although they are pretty good at it after the fact.
+1 all the way
Coming from an out-of-stater perspective(living here now 5yrs) and having played with many former OU football guys, I think Stoops has done a great job with OU and that means everything from the top-down, I like OU football.
But, I can't stand OU football fans, there seems to be a general sense of dillusion amongst them. I mean, come-on!!!
Well said. Except please don't lump all of us OU fans in the same bucket. Stoops has a pretty darned good record...it's easy to slam-dunk him and his folks, but unless you're a consistent national-power caliber coach and team...it's just your two-cents anyway. Lots of fair weather fans in OK; but there's a bunch of die-hard Sooner fans who back our team and program regardless.
