I’ve never seen a manufacturer do this, and thankfully have not needed it.

The receipt for a couple of mine were on adding machine tape, and the other one came from PSA. I have no receipts that I know of.

2 of the 3 I have I bought used. I have the receipt for the other.

You should be able to find your invoice from PSA on their website.

Still worth a try, the worst case for you is you remain with what you have. Best case, they accept it!

They took care of a buddy who had one of their EARLY ones and shot the barrel out of it. I was pretty surprised.

Thanks! I'll find out in 3 days if mine is accepted. I had to go to Village Tactical to get a reprinted receipt.
