It's not assisted but the Boker subcom fits there, has a clip, and is the handiest knife I've ever owned.

I guess it's a "coming of age" thing, but recently I've quit carrying "tactical" folding knives and simply carry a Case XX Canoe.

it gives me two blades in case one gets broken or bent and at roughly three and a half inches closed, I hardly know it's in my pocket. And it ain't hard to look at either!

Another nice Case knife, that hides as a tactical knife is the Case Mid-folding Hunter.
