Knife rivets

What kind of rivets are these - I want to drill these out, clean out the crud between the handles and the blade and put it back together with these kind of rivets.

I’d say copper pins since they’ve got the green corrosion on them. But brass may corrode too know that I think on it.

they look brass, but how do they go together? there is no slot for having be a screw together rivet.

Look up “brass knife handle rivets” on Amazon and you’ll see them.

Check out Corby bolts. You tighten them then sand flush. I’ve got some here in my shop and have used them. You gotta select ones with proper shoulder length.

Ya, that'd do it too - then just grind them flush

thats why i epoxy my scales on they dont rust or get crud under them!!!

i use little stainless sex bolts from Grainger similar to what they use on bathroom partitions !!
