Kroger sued over suspect's fatal shooting

The mother should be slapped and then laughed out of court... right after she's charged with a frivilous lawsuit and made to pay all court costs and attorneys fees for Kroger and the shooter.

Might be the $75,000 is the statutory minimum for the pleading?

Actually, I was thinking it was the minimum to invoke diversity jurisdiction and get it into Federal court. Kroger is headquartered in Cincinnati.
