Still haven't got my tiller, pulling a Karen on Monday. 🤣

No lower either

Mine came in Tuesday, picked it up yesterday. I got an email last week about Larue not having my FFL info, after I got that fixed everything worked out smoothly. Make sure you’re checking your email and spam folders.

I got tan furniture, which is neat.

Soon! I’ll get it out tomorrow and post it up. Still don’t know what I’m gonna do with it.

Maybe a 6arc DMR style upper in the 20” flavor?

Or a 20” 556 DMR style coyote hunting upper?

Or a 13.9” CHF Chrome lined 556 upper set up for a red dot?

What are ya’ll plans? What do you think?

I bought the 18" areo upper w/bcg/ch from Schuyler arms for $416 OTD.

Then grabbed a 3x9x40 vortex diamondback for $99
And $30 sig scope rings

Figured I'd try to shoot yotes with it.

I really like his videos. No bs, to the point, seems pretty honest. He also makes 1000 yard shots look easy, lol.

My only problem with the 6arc is that I would have to buy into another caliber, that isn't cheap. It would do the same job as my x39, 556, and 308 stuff, but nothing new, aside from rolling all of that into a package that reaches slightly better than 308 and costs more than any of my options.

But, I can't completely talk myself out of it yet. I'm hoping we get some adopters here that post their experiences.

I have plan to build one as soon as brass manufactures start getting brass out there. Really hard to build a rifle around stoopid accurate caliber if all I'm able to get is Starline and Hornady brass.

why not form it yourself? In my inexperienced mind I would imagine you could use grendel basic, grendel, 762x39, and even 220 russian or 6ppc.

Very true, but it's a lot of work. After the forming, you still have to fire form it to your chamber or load to 6 ARC specs to get the brass true. After that is done, you already have two firings on said brass, bullets, primers and powder spent. Be so much easier to just start with virgin Lapua or Alpha 6 ARC.

That or just go Grendel.

I know, I'm a pain in the ass.
