That thar is a MAS Gunworks 9mm upper (they're the premier 9mm AR builder in the OKC area).

Had Matt over at MAS to do a build for me yesterday. Needless to say; I am more than impressed!! If you're considering buying a complete or building an AR, make MAS your first choice!!

Update with YHM BUIS, MOE handguard and Hogue grip. Only thing I still would like to change out is the buttstock.
