No EF that is all wrong, that is a horrible AR, I think you need to just start over and build a good one, but I'll tell you what I'd give you $100 for this so you can start over. LOL

I never have. Individual route has always been quick and easy for me. I usually drop my forms off at the front office, go run a few errands, come back and pick them up an hour or so later, go to the jail section and get my fingerprints done and I am out of there. Total time is maybe 15 minutes. Another 5 min wait at Walgreens for my passport photos and I am all done.

Just form 4s from now on. I don't like engraving the full trust name. It gets a little ridiculous. This will be my first individual form and it has been going smooth so far.

Eliminates the need for chief LEO signature and finger prints, but other than that, it allows for you to have your family members (or friends I guess) on the Trust and thus the ability to possess the Class 2/3 item legally without you being there (and when I die, I can pass my class 2/3 stuff on to my kids without the hassle of a transfer fee as they are already on my trust).

There is no fee for a transfer upon death for any NFA items. They will all transfer on a tax free form 5 whether trust or individual.

It would be beneficial to your heirs to have the form 5s completed with an instruction note with your trust. I don't, but I should.
