I looked at the burnt bronze, which was nice. It is more of a show color than hunting color to me.
I am just a fan of FDE, I think it comes from being in the army.

I can see that with the burnt bronze. I plan to keep all the parts I've added in FDE, but wanted to do something a little different than black or OD green.

This is 80% burnt bronze and 20% graphite black. More of a darker brown look than the goldish burnt bronze by itself.

Have you ever seen any in burnt bronze or any of the darker browns like Federal or patriot? Curious if it looks as good in real life as it does online.

I've seen burnt bronze on several firearms; IMHO, it's a bit too brassy. If I were going to have a firearm cerakoted with something from that family of colors, I'd lean toward midnight bronze, or use graphite black mostly coating the BB for a "battleworn" look.

Haven't heard of midnight bronze. I really like this contrast. I think it's Federal or Patriot Brown. I take online photos with a grain of salt, because it might turn out differently in real life.

From Cerakote's web site, here's an example of midnight bronze:

And here's midnight bronze with burnt bronze:

I agree though about relying solely on online pics. I was sold on burnt bronze until I saw it in person, so to speak. Not so much anymore.
