Went out and did a little shooting. I'm officially out of ammo for the .338.
3 shot .190 MOA group. These were the first three shots of the real group.

Here is my baby. Been plannin this one for awhile and actually bought all the seperat pieces and had mech accuracy do the blueprint, tuneing and threaded the bbl. Olyeller with accurate irons did the dura coat on the bbl, action and scope. The stock is a B&C that came the way it looks.
Its a 22-250 and it will hold a tiny little group out to 200 yards where we had the paper when the wind isnt blowing 30mph and I can hit the 8" gong at 400 yards in those same conditions.

LOL Thats a JP recoil eliminator, I only put it on there to beat the crap outa SDarkRage because he has some sick muzzle breaks on his rifles and shooting next to him is like standing next to a 50cal with full power loads.
So I put that beast on my 22-250 so with the super fast rounds its worse than anything he has and is a bit of payback LOL. I do have a thread protector for it so I can take that beast off out in the field.
And I had to put the bi-pod there because the range I was shooting it on has somewhat narrow benches so with it on the far end im a little to far back to get a stable platform.

Its a Bell and Carlson A2 medalist stock, Savage action and 26" fluted bbl with perfectly machined recoil lug and a basic simmons whitetail scope 4-24x50 in weaver rings and base. All was blueprinted, trued and the bbl threaded by steve at mech accuracy and the color was done by Olyeller at accurate irons.
You guys need to lay down beside the TRG with my muzzle brake on. Brings a whole new meaning to concussion.
