I read all of it. Tom can speak on my behalf reguarding my gun rights any day.

Citty was out of line, with a knee jerk response. Where does an 18 year old get an AR-15? Why at the gun store, of course. He has the right to obtain, and possess it. You'd think the cheif would be more familiar with the law.

Just one point I'm wondering why nobody has pointed out or ask the good Chief.

I'm guessing that a requirement of his position was he took an oath to uphold the laws of Oklahoma & The United States and to protect the Constitution of Oklahoma and the United States.

He has no business making statements in an "Official" capacity that contradict his sworn oath. He should be reprimanded by his superiors and forced to issue a retraction of his statements. If he refused to do so he should be asked to resign.

Very good point. On that note, I'll just say it is a good thing we have a DA that can keep him in line so that he doesn't go door to door arresting people with evil "assault" rifles.
