Leupold with 300 Blackout reticle and Leupold's Custom Shop

Does anyone have one of Leupold's scopes with the .300 blackout reticle or have you custom ordered through their custom shop? If so, what do you have and how do you like it?

I know they have the Leupold Mark 4 MR/T 300 reticle which is over $1k and more than I want to spend. So, I'm thinking of ordering a Mark AR with the .300 Blackout Reticle which a little over $500 and more in my price range for this gun.

Any thoughts of the Mark AR optic in general?

I have the Nikon 300BLK scope. I'm sure it operates the same as the two you've mentioned. I like the Nikon because of Spot On. I can use the velocity and weight of the round to find the yardages indicated by the hash marks.

I've heard that Nikon's Spot On ballistics program is pretty nice. I looked at Nikon's but I wanted something shorter. I the in the Nikon is 12" and the Leupold Mark AR is 3" shorter. It's going on an 8" barrel, so the shorter the better.
