I have the Ruger Scout in LH, but my son is picky, and always goes the opposite direction from which I point him, so there is no telling what he'll decide on.

OK, Hands down, I recommend the Remington 700. My preferred caliber is 308, but that is just my preference.. In any case, Short Action..
As far as tactical, I believe our chassis systems are the best made for the money, but I am BIASED! LOL..

Here is mine.. We are actually starting to manufacture our chassis systems in LH also..

I really like that chassis! I might just get one if it's for a good price.

What are your thoughts on it? Honest down to earth opinion. I hear Hickock45 like it and then NUTNFANCY trash it. Tend to follow hickock more but just don't know.

I've had 3 Savage left-handers...and I hate that I had to sell them because they were all great rifles.

I've never really cared much for the Savage rifles. No doubt they're really good but something just doesn't look right about them. I'm not quite sure what it is about them.
