Well I went and got my covid-cut. Looks alright except where they couldn't cut where the strings for the mask were tied around my head.

So Raoult’s own work was debunked under peer review in the medical journal in which it was published and now he’s attacking other studies in an obscure investor’s publication. It sounds interesting to trump that we might consider injecting light inside the body. Or a disinfectant. We need to look into it. Maybe we could inject a disinfectant inside the body. The president has abandoned the miracle drug in favor of injecting light into the body. I hope no bad people make fun of him for that.

I’m waiting for an article in techstartups about injecting light and disinfectants into the body.
It might work.

I figured it would bring more satire lol... But hey, we've got TDS, Orange man is Bad, and he just said to inject someone with bleach per CNN.... I get it. Hilarious that you all think that, but hey it confirms the TDS phenomenon.

Sorry about the Techstartup article, it's tough to find anything positive about CHQ (although it seems many have recovered on it) outside of the MSM ever since Trump was hopeful about it. However, if you don't believe what was quoted or anything that resembles critical thinking about the info then I'm all ears. This is where you go back to character I'm sure.

No, reports are that a few people outside of those who are older or have underlying medical conditions have either died or experienced complications, but a vast majority of people who get covid19 do not need hospitalization and just experience flu like symptoms that clear up. This isn't a catch it and you either die or are forever scarred by it like polio.

There is already evidence that there will be long term effects ---

Even Fox News has published articles cautiously warning of long term effects:

I'm sorry, but stop projecting your socialist views onto me. I was making the case that people need to be allowed to get back to work so they can provide for themselves and their families, not look for more government assistance. When you rely on the government, you only get what the government wants to give you.

That wasn't an attempt to project that as your belief, but the initial statement still does make an interesting point for the question. What would the crisis look like if we as a country had better safety nets in place? That doesn't mean create a permanent dependent class, but if we had something as simple as paid sick time requirements so that sick people would stay home, would that help. If we had systems in place designed to assure food and nutrition in the case of a crisis would that ease the burden on folks. If there were programs to prevent repos and foreclosures in cases like this, how much would it help folks?

Interestingly the first major attempt to plan for it was the Bush administration, so it's not even like it's a partisan thing. My prediction is that this will not be the last pandemic we see. The risk has always been present, and it will continue to be more and more of a danger as world population increases.

Nature has a natural balance. When one thing tips the balance, nature opens it's arsenal and gets things back into balance. In the last 500 years or so, the human race has assumed that it is above the 'law' of nature and can tip the scale to its 'advantage'. Like it or not, this war of nature vs. human has just begun. And sadly, or not, nature will always win the battle over the long haul.

Just thinking thoughts that would stumble empires.

Hope is good, Thunder. I’m hawking it right here in my real life which I’d rather not talk about. I normally respect your posts and read them with interest.

So what about putting light inside the body?
It has the advantage of being cheap and plentiful especially in the day time.
I bet it has a long shelf life, especially when stored in a cool dark place.
Is Trump on to something?

You know what irony means?

I ain't for "being allowed" anything. I wish Stitt, Trump and the rest of these retards would order everything shutdown for the rest of the year. Maybe then business owner with testicles would open up and challenge any jack-booted thug that would stop them.

I honestly have no clue wtf he was babbling about or where that came from. He does suffer from diarrhea of the mouth and that's obvious so no defense there. However, he's right more than he is wrong, especially when it comes to policy, and that's what counts to me. If Hillary were in office right now, there would be even more of a power grab by the government, and more people would be dying IMO.

God forbid all the media outlets focus on HCQ, Remdesivir, and plasma transfusions. Or anything else that might work, but flinging poo has better ratings, I get it.

There is a lot of information in the media on emerging treatments as there should be.
It might be featured more prominently on television if the president would leave a little more air in the room. Just a thought.
I really don’t see the media flinging poo.

I see the president smearing himself with poo and blaming the media for it.

As always it would be great to see the whole video rather than the excerpt. Not trying to defend what is probably a goofy statement. He says a lot of off-the-cuff, un-Presidental things. But acting on them is another matter.

Don't see the media flinging poo LOL? Is that satire? I'm honestly surprised if this is how you truly feel.

First, I invite you to find a headliner on CNN, CBS, MSNBC talking about anything I just mentioned. The ONLY thing they will mention is something bashing CHQ at best. Notice they don't talk about Vent shortages anymore?

Then, by all means watch the evening news. My wife watches it and it's more of the same. Not one mention of anything remotely factual pertaining to progress on treatments, IF they mention treatments at all. You know those plasma transfusions? First one here was done at her hospital, it got a brief story locally, and again then more Trump bashing concerning CHQ. She bitches about it, and I remind her that she can turn it off?

Finally, consider his news conferences, you've completely lost your mind or don't watch them. He let's his whole panel speak frequently and often. I watch them most of the time and I honestly don't know how you could come to your conclusions? If Trump doesn't act like a bulldog up there, the media would run right over him. That's a fact.
