Yea I watched the video and it looks like they hit pretty hard! I'm pretty impressed that they are this accurate and as cheap as they are, currently on sale on Midway for $28.50 per 100. That's a lot better than the $46 per 50 I just spent on the Barnes ttsx.

I stocked up on cheap .308 soft points a few years ago so that I'd always have supplies on hand for shooting hogs on the ranch. However, that deal on Midway is just about as cheap as you could find them pre-pandemic. Might not hurt for you to stock up man. I might even buy another 500.

Oh, and there is plenty of CFE-223 on the interwebs too right now. Midway might even still have some.

^ Might not hurt though to double check velocity and accuracy once it really cools off.

Still...if you can keep that load to sub-MOA to 300, I'd get a ton of supplies for that combo.

Looking forward to seeing how this does for you in further testing.

I kept my 30-06 under 5" to 500 yards with that 3031 bullet.
It is my go to for my 30-06.
