Can anyone recommend where I can get a stripped aluminum pistol frame anodized in the Tulsa area?
Southwest Plating used to do them, assuming you are looking for hard anodize. One at a time won't be inexpensive. If the alloy in your frame is funky, your frame may come out just a glob of random metal.
