Just about every town in Colorado, Wyoming and the rest of the Rocky Mountain states have resident mule deer. They are everywhere when driving around town and can be destructive to plants and trees, but the residents cope with it by fences around their plants and learn to live with them.
It's sad this POS decided to go on a little fun spree to take so many out.

What drives someone to do something like this? I'll never understand.

Side note: I thought it was kinda funny the news article mentioned one of the more "notorious" modern-day FUDDs... Jim Zumbo. He was damn near crucified by the shooting sports community back in 2007 for calling AR-15 rifles "terrorist weapons".
