I didn't realize that was a crime although I've never had that problem.
I didnt know either, I guess we can expect to have a "war on p*ssy". Or if you cant beat it just tax the hell out of it and have a "p*ssy tax".
I guess the man should have given some to his neighbors that were too lazy to go out and ger their own.
