Poor GC, im tellin ya them goats got evil eyes.

So i says honey, BB has chickens and wants a couple of lil goats. Do ya care if i get back into goats n chickens n rabbits n quail?

I got the goat eye and she says "cant yall just go to the zoo". Least she didnt say no.

Here is a method of curing meat, Biltong. I have experimented with this in my dehydrator, but it dries out too fast.
Stick with the slow cure method. I do several pounds of beef like this at a time, then vacuum package it for long
term storage.

We raise our own hogs and cure and smoke our own pork bellies - bacon. It's a pretty simple process, I'd say just about anyone can do it. If you don't have a smoker you can use a grill and use indirect heat and smoke. Be warned though, once you do it you'll never buy store bought bacon again.
