I am planning on putting night sights on my Glock 21, so I'm looking for a gunsmith in the OKC area. I am hoping to find somebody with a reasonable price and turnaround time.

You could actually do it yourself in about 15 minutes.
I would recommend the sights with the screw on front sight. All you have to have is a rear sight pusher and the little nut driver and some lock-tite and you're done. Someone out there may have a pusher you could borrow.
