from the looks of it we are going to send Tomahawks like you play "battleship". Just shoot and hope we hit something.
Our missle technology has come a long way. We'll know what we're hitting. Vacant buildings, empty airstrips, stuff like that.
All the old ladies will wonder why they ever asked for the smelling salts.

The most interesting part of it will be that all the people on the fainting couch today will be bitching about how weak our response was tomorrow.

BTW: I'm still on the peace train myself, I've just become more cynical and less hysterical in my old age.

Pictures of dead children killed in the tomahawk attacks have already been filmed.
Buildings that contained WMD, now contain baby formula making equipment with it written in english so our media can film it, and it starts again.

What a bunch of dummy's we have in office. Both sides.

Wait, who are you talking about? Syria's Assad regime, the rebels and al-Qeada, or the US?

It's getting hard to tell us all apart.

Just to be clear, we're about to be involved in 3 different military conflicts (wars) simultaneously.

1.) Iraq - which is not a war with Iraq so much as it is to liberate the people of Iraq from the evil forces of the Hussein regime (because he had WMDs that we never found) that has turned into a super complex process of handing it back to the people of Iraq.

2.) Afghanistan - which is not a war with Afghanistan so much as it is against the evil forces of the Taliban and more importantly the terrorist network al-Qeada (the people responsible for the attack against us during 9/11).

3.) Syria - which is not a war with Syria so much as it is against the evil forces of the Assad regime because they allegedly used chemical weapons (WMDs) against their people. We're working along-side the rebels in our efforts against Assad (who have declared allegiance to al-Qeada and its new leader - essentially Osama Bin Ladin's replacement).

Oh, and our Secretary of defense declared that Assad got the chemical weapons from Russia, where as both Russia and Syria are claiming that the rebels actually used the chemical weapons.

And when they do bomb and civilians are killed, we'll be told that "a minimal number of civilians died as a result of the strikes." And the whiz kids in DC won't preclude our troops on the ground? Our troops have been fighting for over 10 years and it's time for a draw down-today!

And 10 years later, the son of an innocent-bystander/collateral-damage (who blames the US for the death of his parents and joined an al-Qeada training camp) will commit an act of terror against us and we'll wonder why they all hate our freedom so much.
