Loose primers

I’ve got 140 pieces of Winchester 7wsm with 7 loadings on them still with tight primer pockets. Each load developed over 60,000 psi.

We are talking 308 brass

Before I started reloading 308 I used Federal Gold Medal Match. Retained brass to later reload. My third very conservative loads bounced primers out on the ride to the range sitting in a MTM box. So I would keep an eye out on the Federal stuff.

I have 3000 of those GMM primers and they do fit looser.
I used 1 in a 30-30 case with my Lee Wack-A-Mole loader and it set that soft cup primer off.
