Pet peeve of mine to be sure. Lived in a condo association (years ago) with a couple hundred units. Parking for visitors was really hard to find because all the dang home owners used their garages as storage units. I was one of very few that parked my car and a minivan in my two car garage. I now have a three car garage and guess what? Yup, I can park three in there today even though I only have two. Now I’m sure it’s all in how we were raised and what’s “normal” for us but for me, if I can’t fit two cars in my two car garage because it’s full of crap then I’ve got too much crap!!
