For sale is a Marlin Model 1895 chambered in 45/70. This is a B0 serial number which puts it at 1972. The first year Marlin brought the 1895 back.
I was told this rifle is unfired and after running a couple of patches through it I believe it. Not even a mark on the loading gate. Gun is in excellent condition. The sides of the receiver have slight discoloration from being stored in the original packing paper. One small scratch on the buttstock. I have the original box that’s a little rough.
