That was the pic from when I bought it.
It was built by John's Guns in TX, he was a friend of Curtis Higgins(S+H Arms) and used Curtis' design for the integrally suppressed barrel.
It's a fun gun to shoot, very quiet like all of S+H's suppressors.

I so here’s some pics of the Marlin 9 camp rifle I’ve owned it about 12-13 yrs. As I said new silicone recoil buffer and new main action spring by Wolff. I have several mags for it.
