Haven't been to Steak n Shake for probably near 15 years. I love 'em.
Wife and I made it to one of those back a few years ago while out on our Summer jobs.
Haven't been in one since. Only reason we went then was because it was right close to our hotel.
Schlotzkis closed in Ponca? I thought itnwas going in where the old Conoco was at 14th and Hartford

We slept in the laredo, whataburger parking lot.
It was broad enough that the fire ants didn't find us on the asphalt, before dawn.

I’ve been to a Steak-n-Shake. It was ok, but nothing to write home about. Freddy’s does it better, IMHO.
The one in Tusla on East 21st street I knicknamed Whentheburger. It was close to the Tulsa office so naturally the guys wanted to go to the Whataburger for lunch. Four or five times, it took over an hour to get my burger.
