Got the pleasure of meeting Dave yesterday. Was looking for a good knife to gift my dad and remembered you all talking about how great Dave’s knives were so I decided to order a couple elks. Impressed would be an understatement.

Dave's # is 405-747-0087. I have the elk and the straight trapper. I have not used the skinner. I have field dressed deer with the straight trapper many times. I like to use it to start around the bung hole and most of the time just keep going and finish the job without changing knives! Lead time I don't remember, but Dave would be happy to talk with you and give you all the details. He wants measurements of your hand and you will need to pick out handle colors ... he has many to choose from!
