Decided today to be lazy and do whatever I want. So me and the dog agreed on smoking some ribs.

Cleaned the Bradley out.

Headed off to the store.

What I ended up buying. This was the only ribs they had. I guess everyone has the same idea.

Rubbed the ribs down and loaded them up.

Time to kill so we walked down and checked on the chickens.

Went to check on the temp and noticed my wood pile was a little short.

Dang man, that looks awesome. Next time let me know and I will be happy to bring some steel out, chop some for the wood pile and build up a hunger, then partake of the rewards!

I have a bradley smoker as well, Love that thing! What's your favorite wood chip?

I like the apple but, I smoked a turkey for Thanksgiving with the Jim Beam and those old oak barrels burn slow and cool just the way I like it. It's a toss up between Oak Jim Beam and apple.

Come on over Sumo! Weapons, food, and good times are always welcome here!
