Just out of curiosity, is there a .357 cartridge that is NOT a magnum? In other words, is there a similar parallel in 357 like there is with .38 caliber and .38 Special?

If there isn't a non-magnum .357 caliber cartridge, then Glock does have a .357 model.

Glock 31

There is a 357sig which is what glock uses. It is not a 357 magnum. The rounds are not interchangeable.

I suppose the non magnum version of a .357 magnum is the .38 special which fires out of the same revolver.

As soon as I hear his voice, I cringe. Not only is he full of crap, his yankee accent just grates on my ears. Hannity is the same way. If I was uncommitted politically, and heard either of these guys on the radio, I'd swear the right wing was totally nuts.

Here, but occasionally There.
Boortz said his Glock was a 357 "MAGNUM". Period. I heard it myself. A Glock 31, 32, or 33 is a 357 Sig. If Boortz had simply said 357 one would assume he meant 357 Sig. He didn't.

Thanks, Guys. That's what I like about OSA....I'm always learning something new.
