I was going to try and hijack a piece of my friend Rhino2u's thread but figured he would get pizzed and thump me in the back of my head.

What are some of the better mid range red dot optics out there.
Something that won't sink the budget.

I'm looking for something to mount on a 22 auto, a s&w 22a to be more specific.

If you would give me a link also.

I've got a Burris Fastfire II and a Ultradot Matchdot. I like the Ultradot a little more as it's a little bigger hole that one looks through, it also has full manual adjustments instead of being completely auto like the Fastfire. I looked at a few tube-style red dots before settling on the Ultradot, I chose it because it felt the least like I was looking through a tunnel.

By the way, I have the Burris on a Buckmark and the Matchdot on a Mark III.
