Mini split system

I have a 900 sq ft shop I am wanting to heat/cool.
Any recommendations? Do you have one, like or dislike? I don't need to kept the room at temp, just add or subtract 20/30 degrees.
This is the unit I am considering. Mount in attic, duct to shop and office.

38 SEER? Are they combining the cooling and heating SEERs?

Go with a conventional air handler and heat pump. You will thank me later.

I have 3 of them and they are great. They are Mitsubishi heat pumps. They are incredibly efficient.

I just installed a 24k Mr. Cool mini-split yesterday in my dads shop. Nice setup, takes some work and planning but was worth it. Ridiculously quite both inside and out and it moves a lot of air.

I ordered it from Costco for $1,556 delivered. Took about 2.5 weeks to arrive.

I had a ducted mini split system installed about 18 months ago to cool / heat 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the south side of my home. It works very well. It's a Lennox brand system.

We have a 1200 sq ft work shop that we put 2 units in. Makes it nice all year round. Also have a wood burning stove for the winter. Once it heats up, I can turn one or both units off.
