Probably not low enough to create a problem with "detonation," but that is a rare but real phenomenon where very low charges all go at once rather than burning at the normal rate, and it spikes pressure enough to destroy a weapon. It is so rare that it hasn't been reliably duplicated in the lab, but most all the reloading references take it as fact. It appears that the fire from the primer gets to about all of the powder at once, and produces a ka-boom.
