Stormy Rowe, 13, is thought to have run away with Brandon Bridges, 16, early Monday morning.

Rowe is a Native American female with long, dark hair and dark eyes. She is about 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs about 80 pounds.

Bridges is a black and Native American male with dark hair and dark eyes. He wears earrings and has a red tattoo on the inside of one forearm that says “Vivian.” Bridges is about 150 pounds and 5 feet 7 inches tall.
