Mixed Emotions-Coburn out as governor?

Saw in the local paper that Coburn will run for Senate again in 2010. Will look again but believe he talked like this might be a final term (hate that).
Also noticed that our rep. was so proud that they sent a budget to the governor that was only up by 1.5% over this years budget.
Does this bother anyone else as I thought they couldn't make the budget this year on the revenues they received.

Saw his announcement on the tube the other day. Very happy he is running again adn hopefully he will win. Maybe we can find a candidate of his caliber for governor.
