If goose plural becomes geese, why doesn’t moose become meese?
The correct adjective is a herd.
A pride of lions
A gaggle of geese
And so on.
Whoever came up with these I don 't know. It should be geeses, a bunch of lions and so on.
We are leaving out in the morning for a month starting in salida fishing the arkansas then on to lakecity.
Just tossing this out - we've had some really good meals at Fritz's in Salida. Looks like they are just serving dinner now instead of lunch too and changed the menu since our last visit. The truffle fries are great! If you go through Buena Vista, the Eddy Line brewery has some fine hops on tap!
We stayed at Salida for two months last summer. The Eddy Line Brewery does have a fine IPA.
