Possible head space issue. Maybe take it to a gunsmith.

Pulled the whole gun apart and cleaned it more thoroughly, used mineral water and scalding water to scrub out the bore with a stiff plastic brush...also replaced the extractor and now the bolt closes on all the steel cases and ejected all five of the shells without a problem...taking it to the range this weekend to try it.

I went to the range and it worked pretty well, ejection was good and no stuck cases...love this rifle!!! Also bought an M44
