Godzilla! Well any of the classics. Settle in with a few stiff drinks, some snacks, maybe a smoke if you are into that and watch some of the cheesiest flicks ever made. Except for the original which is a horror classic. Back during the 60s and 70s when they had some guy in a poorly made rubber suit I kept expecting the next movie to be Godzilla's Dentist.

"Quigley Down Under" (Tom Selleck) is excellent. Set in the old west days, Tom's an American that goes to Australia for a hunting job. Turns out to NOT be what he expected.

"The Frisco Kid (Harrison Ford) is another one set in the old west. Harrison befriends a naive Polish Rabbi (Gene Wilder) traveling to San Francisco, and the results are hilarious.

"Six Days, Seven Nights" is another funny Harrison Ford movie (with David Schwimmer & Anne Heche). Harrison is a heavy drinking small plane pilot ferrying customers & contraband between islands. Thing go horribly wrong during an in-flight thunderstorm. Some action/adventure involved.

I didn't care for Keanu Reeves in some other roles or Hugh Laurie (spelling?) as Doctor House, but they are pretty good in this movie.

Not a movie but I started the first season of Hannibal on Prime last night.

It's still interesting after watching a few episodes. Hopefully it will remain watch worthy.

I'm taking the opportunity to binge some sci-fi TV series from bygone days.

Babylon 5
Stargate SG-1
Stargate Atlantis
Stargate Universe
Firefly

These really aren't science fiction,,,
They are more like Science Fantasy as all the aliens speak English.

.

If you get the chance, check out The Expanse. Kinda slow moving but once you get into the story and the politics, it turns into a great series. Its modern moderate future scifi. Can stream on Amazon Prime.

Just wrapped up Buffalo Rider on youtube. It's free, from the 70's, and just an oddball awesomely bad b-movie.
If you want a really awesomely bad, I mean, truly bad movie, thoroughly disgusting, rude, crude, and completely lacking in any redeeming social value, with low production values to boot, look no farther than Range 15, starring Mat "Second" Best and the boys and girls from the Black Rifle Coffee Company and Article 15 Clothing (as well as William Shatner, Keith David, Sean Astin, and more Medal of Honor recipients and disabled veterans than you can shake a severed body part at).

If you ever wondered what would happen if a bunch of veterans decided to make a low-budget horror flick, well, here's your chance to find out. I mean, it's like Monty Python-level gore without the sophisticated humor. Oh, it doesn't take itself seriously for one tiny moment, but it's extremely crude humor.

Have I mentioned that it's exceptionally vulgar and thoroughly disgusting? Well, it is. You've been warned.

I think its biggest claim to fame is that it was crowd funded, and if you donated, you could get a part in the movie. And it looked like a lot of people took them up on it.
