Muzzlebrake question

I have a Remington 700 sps acc with threaded barrell. I am interested in a muzzlebrake for it. Since it has a threaded barrell I was wondering if you just screw them on and shoot or is there other prep. also would like brand or style suggestions. Thanks in advance

Just screw it on and shoot. You may need to use a peel washer or a crush washer, but make sure it's on straight and you're good to go.
