And the barrel is finally back. Well, the blank. Needs to be reamed/chambered.

Yes I do. Very easy to use. That one belongs to my smith, mine is on backorder at Brownell's. Stupid website said it was in stock all the way through the ordering process, and then, of course, once I actually hit the PAY button, I get an email saying it's on backorder. <sigh>

<edit> I just canceled my order and re-ordered it through Midway. Or, I should say, I sent an email requesting to cancel the order, as I cannot find any way on the Brownell's website to cancel an order pending on backorder.

So COVID put a lot of things on hold, although I have everything paid for in advance, some tools my smith needed to get things just the way he wanted took forever from PTG, etc.

So, I am HOPING to have my rifle next week and get it sighted in and start working up some loads for our long distance ENS get togethers this summer.

Last night I took my Cadex chassis over to a friend's shop and we (meaning HE) milled out a notch for the receiver rail, and I'm pretty happy. I think it came out super nice.

Now it all goes back down for final completion. My plan is probably at this point to have the chassis coated in a metallic titanium kind of color.
