A friend of mine refers to these lil pistols as "Pocket Buddies"....my Ruger LCP with Crimson Trace. Now, the question is...Duracoat...yes or no?

I really like the LCR and the LCP.... Duracoat would help protect it from rusting on the surface so go for it...

just paint the top in OD or Tan leave the bottom black. Or don't paint it at all.

I think the LCP is a great little gun, it does not fit my hand good though, i have found that the Taurus 738 and the Kahr P380 fit my hand the best. The Kahr's price tag is a little much though.

I like the fact that the Kahr has real sites on it, the LCP and the Taurus both have a groove and a front blade. Again i am not taking anything away from any of the fire arms.
