It's a AWD vehicle and I don't think going 40 mph on I44 would make people very happy. LOL

I once pulled a 1995 Chevy Cavalier from Wynona Ok to Sand Springs pulled by my wife with a chain. That was a fun ride and we did the speed limit on 64. As long as you've got good brakes it's not that big of a deal.

I asked for a tow truck, I've obviously thought about other alternatives. I don't need anymore suggestions to rent a truck/trailer.

Become a AAA member and pay the dues for a package that offers enough towing miles to get you from lawton to OKC. Then call them up. It will be cheaper to pay thier dues than buy directly from the tow company. They have saved us loads of cash in the past.

Second for AAA.

With AAA gold (around $35/yr) you get 100 miles of towing. That will cover OKC to lawton, and they use flatbeds for the most part, so you're covered on the AWD Audi.

AAA is probably your best best. After talking to a local agent all of about 3 minutes I got transferred to tow truck dispatch and a truck arrived in about 15mins. Good service.
