That's weird. I've never seen any of that before. None of that is part of AdBlocker. I suspect you may have a malware infection.

I use Malwarebytes for that stuff.

Try going to a restore point prior to when the trouble started. That has helped me out on several occasions.

I don't think the latest version of Win 10 supports restore point any longer. And Win 11 never did.

Go to your control panel. Click on "System and Security". Then under the heading of "Back-up and Restore, click on "Restore Files from Backup" and follow the instructions. I'm running Windows 7, but whatever version you are using, the path to "restore" should be similar.
