Need help identifying Mosin

Took on trade, carbine length same as my M44 but M44 is “mint” and no other import markings like this one. Any help would be appreciated!

The markings in the second pic on the side of the receiver is the importers marking.

I was leaning toward 53 but wasn’t sure, the “.3” is something I haven’t seen

It's a type 53. I've had several over the years.
