I'll second a couple of the ideas already posted - be sure your chute is clean and smooth you could even wax it a bit also be sure you have enough primers in the tray to keep pressure on the ones in chute.
I use compressed air quite often to keep my tray area clean and found the other day that I some powder had fallen into my chute.
Also you might check that the wire spring is releasing the primer seat when the tray turns.
