need some trade advice

I have an springfield emp 40,good shape in original case with all the paperwork it came with and 3 mags, I've been offered a rock river lar 15 with 20'' heavy barrel,it has a detachable carry handle,2 metal mags,1 20 and 1 30,no case or paperwork but looks to be really nice would the trade value be worth it ?

Is the Springfield worth $1k new? Looks like Buds has them for that.
Rock River is a good gun and prob about $1k worth if it is complete and factory built.
That said, Cheap AR's are being had for around $750 right now.

Do you like the RRA more than you like the EMP?

I would not trade my EMP for a Rick River, the right Colt or BCM maybe, but not a Rock River.

For the record, RRA, makes a decent rifle, but they are over-priced in my opinion.
